Santoku & Oriental Kitchen Knives

Santoku and oriental kitchen knives have become a popular tool in many commercial kitchens. The Santoku knife, traditionally a Japanese cooking tool, was originally used for three main tasks, chopping, dicing and mincing. They have now become more of a general purpose knife for a variety of uses.
