The D400DUO’s controls remain simple with an intuitive LED display for easy navigation between the different cycles and to monitor water temperature levels at a glance. The display is colour-coded to show when the machine is heating (amber), in cycle (blue) or ready to use (green). It comes with a double-insulated door to retain heat and a self-sustaining temperature system to provide a reliable stream of clean plates and cutlery for smooth-running operations. A drain pump comes pre-fitted to pump out waste water when the drain is situated higher than the equipment water outlet. D400DUO Dish Washer Running Requirements and Product Specifications

Capable of washing up to 20 trays per hour for a high volume of plates and a deep, powerful clean. This allows for a capacity of up to 180 plates per hour. It has a choice of three cycle times, from 3, 5 or 8 minute cycles for complete control over the speed and intensity. It requires a 3/4" BSP water connection and a water pressure of 2.0-6 BAR, in addition to a water flow rate of 11 ltrs per minute.

This machine has external dimensions of H 760 x W 470 x D 517mm with the washer trays measuring 400 x 400mm. Standard equipment is supplied as a 2.85kW, 13A, single phase unit.
