Boasting two 25 litre cooking pans you can roast, pan fry, blanch, boil and deep fry with exceptional results guaranteed every time. The advanced VarioCooking technology continuously monitors cooking progress, recognising foods and adjusting programs accordingly to the size and quantity etc. of ingredients so that you don't have to. This feature also permits unsupervised cooking overnight, ideal when preparing slow cooked dishes. When used in conjunction with the VarioBoost heating system designed to achieve 200°C in approximately 2 minutes and the integrated VarioDose water inlet which automatically fills water in precise quantities, this equipment will improve time efficiency in busy kitchens and quickly prove itself invaluable to successful operations.

A clever AutoLift feature automatically raises baskets during boiling, deep frying or poaching modes ensuring the perfect finish is attainable even during busy services. A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.

➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)

A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.

➕Semi-Commercial Warranty

Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.

➕Edge Chip Warranty

Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
