The advanced Rational VarioCooking Centre (formerly known as Frima) offers the benefits of multiple core pieces of commercial catering equipment in the compact footprint of a single unit. The Rational Multificiency range allows you to braise, sear, boil, deep fry, cook, confit and sous vide, all without the need for constant supervision. Clever VarioCooking Control monitors the cooking process and makes adjustments where necessary to guarantee the desired result is always achieved.

Available as a countertop or freestanding model, with single or twin cooking sections, design and manufacturing features are at the pinnacle of the market, ensuring precision performance, maximum efficiency and ultimate satisfaction. Featuring a VarioBoost heating system as standard, temperatures can go from 0°C to 200°C in less than 2.5 minutes; ideal in busy catering operations where time is of the essence.

Operated via a colour TFT touch screen display, selecting operations is simple and with up to 350 memory slots available, the most popular programmes are easily accessible.
