This slow cooking unit includes a run-dry function, preventing the unit from running out of water with an audio-visual warning system alerting when water levels are low. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
