Founded over 70 years ago in Birmingham, Nickel-Electro Ltd have a long history of British manufacturing, relocating to the western coast of the UK in 1962. Over the years, they built up a fantastic industrial reputation and eventually introduced the Clifton range of sous vide water baths, making this niche food preparation technique previously reserved for the elite accessible to a much bigger market.
