Alto-Shaam double compartment 1200-SK-III Smoker oven is constructed with a stainless steel exterior, with stainless steel doors and magnetic latch. Add a bold, smoked taste to your menu with the 1200-SK-III Smoker Oven. Smoke everything from salmon to cheese using the hot or cold smoking options. The 1200-SK-III switches from smoking to holding temperatures automatically, allowing you to leave the oven overnight, cutting down on labor costs
Each compartment is equipped with 2 stainless steel side racks with 8 pan positions spaced on 2-5/16" (59mm) centers, two 2 stainless steel wire shelves, 1 stainless steel rib rack, a removable stainless steel drip pan with drain and a wood chip container.
Oven is furnished with an exterior, front mounted stainless steel drip tray and 1 sample bag each of cherry, hickory, apple, and maple wood chips. Oven includes 1 set of 127mm casters 2 rigid, and 2 swivel with brake. Each compartment has a simple control with an On/Off power switch; cook temperature knob, 93°C to 162°C; hold temperature knob, 15°C to 96°C digital display, up/down arrows to set cook and hold time and a sixty minute smoking timer.
The oven is operated with a cooking temperature control, a cooking timer, a holding temperature control and a 60-minute smoking timer. Control features indicator lights for the cook, hold, and smoke functions, and when the oven is calling for heat. Oven is equipped with a voltage conversion switch, located on the back of the oven. Featuring 2 independently controlled compartments which allow you to use each oven independently for menu variety, offering total convenience for any bustling catering operation.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.
➕Back to Base Warranty
In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
