The Winterhalter UF-M Energy Utensil Washer makes use of the waste energy from warm steam to heat the cold water inlet, reducing operational costs. Cooled air is directed back into the machine, creating more comfortable ambient working conditions and improved drying after each cycle. Using a VarioPower cleaning system, the water pressure during cleaning cycles is automatically adjusted to reflect the items being washed and the degree of soiling.
With three software options to choose from you can tailor your equipment to meet the specific needs of your business. Also offering the choice of a standard 10.2 kW boiler with 5 kW tank or a performance model with 16.4 kW and 10 kW tank, finding the perfect equipment has never been easier.
Tackle tough, baked on dirt with the soaking programme, designed to reduce manual pre-washing and bring utensils with stubborn stains back to a gleaming, hygienic finish. Guarantee clean results, even towards the end of a busy service, with the water filtration and tank water exchange features. The tank water exchange allows 30%, 50% or 100% of water to be replaced, depending on the level of dirt in the system and the amount of time you have available, without needing to run the entire self-cleaning programme.
Complete your warewashing section with this freestanding Winterhalter pot washer and make sure that your kitchen essentials receive the care and attention they deserve.
Choose from 3 software options guarantee that the needs and priorities for all types of kitchen warewashing are covered.
The UF-M Energy is supplied with a full 12-month parts and labour warranty as standard.
