The Valentine CORE 250 (T) is a slimline freestanding fryer built for professional kitchens demanding high output, reliability, and reduced running costs. Part of the CORE series, it combines robust Swiss engineering with energy-saving features, making it an ideal choice for restaurants, hotels, and catering operations.
The fryer pan is pressed from a single sheet of stainless steel, creating a smooth, seamless, and rounded profile that is easy to clean and built to last. With over 65 years of expertise, Valentine ensures quality and dependability in every fryer.
Despite its slim 250mm width, the fryer delivers exceptional performance. With a 9–10 litre oil capacity, it produces 20–26kg of fried food per hour, increasing to 28–36kg per hour in Turbo mode.
A reduced cool zone improves the oil-to-output ratio, while the ECO mode enables economic preheating and solid fat melt cycles. Combined with excellent insulation, the fryer reduces oil and energy consumption without compromising food quality.
The CORE 250 (T) is fitted with adjustable legs (850–900mm) and rear castors, allowing easy positioning and cleaning access. It comes complete with gravity filtration, one basket, an oil bucket, crumb filter, folding lid with storage, and a 2m mains cable.
Measuring 250(W) x 600(D) x 850–900(H)mm, the fryer is slim yet powerful, making it suitable for kitchens where space is at a premium.
Operates at 7.2kW or 11kW in Turbo mode, with installation options for single-phase or three-phase connection to suit different kitchen setups.
Valentine provides a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty and a lifetime pan guarantee (T&Cs apply), ensuring long-term reliability and customer confidence.
