The Parry NPG7 Griddle delivers a high quality construction, vital for performance and durability in tough commercial catering operations. With a temperature range of 50°C to 300°C and polished mild steel plates, heat is evenly distributed around the entire cooking surface with no hot spots. The dual cooking zones are independently controlled allowing greater versatility when preparing ingredients, especially when different temperatures are required.
The griddle measures 355 x 750 x 600 mm (HxWxD), generating a cooking area of 750 x 580 mm (WxD), ample to meet high demand in busy kitchens. The design features a convenient removable fat collection drawer to contain waste products during operation. This drawer allows easy removal and disposal of fats and juices after use.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.
➕Back to Base Warranty
In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
