The deep cool zone design is a convenient and useful feature that collects cooking debris to achieve cleaner frying results and extended oil life. Combine this with fully welded tanks for a seamless finish and a straight pipe tap at the front of the fryer to drain oil and cleaning will never have been easier.
Each delivery includes a batter plate with cool zone debris filter, two heavy-duty baskets and one stainless steel lid; everything you need to begin frying straight away.
