This dish washer has all the benefits of the C815A sister model with an additional pre-wash system and a removable scraper tray for an even quicker turnaround of up to 140 racks per hour. This speeds up the removal of excess food from plates before washing to offer a deeper clean and a more intense wash. This machine is just as fast and quiet as the smaller model, offering low running costs, economic water consumption and a constant flow of hot, clean crockery and cutlery.
With a cutlery rack, plate rack and an open rack included, you can utilise each for maximum efficiency, so you’ll never be short of the tools you need to keep your kitchen up to speed and running smoothly. This machine opens fully and has removable components for additional ease of cleaning and maintenance.
This Hobart dishwasher can fit up to 18 plates per tray for excellent cleaning volume. It can handle up to 140 racks per hour with excellent results. It consumes an economic 240 ltrs/hr of water and has a main tank capacity of 105 ltrs and a prewash tank capacity of 10 ltrs. It needs a hot or cold feed not exceeding 60° with a water pressure of 1.5-6 BAR. In hard water areas, a fitted water softener is recommended to minimise water and lime scale damage and build-ups.
This Ecomax Plus has external dimensions of H 1961 x W 1850 x D 785mm, including the added prewash area. The pallets are 500 x 500mm each, capable of fitting many plates and larger pots or equipment for deep cleaning. Three pallets come included with the purchase, including a plate, cup and cutlery pallet. The power requirements are 00/50/3 Cold fill 35.9Kw or Hot fill 26.9Kw.

A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.

Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.

Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
