With a capacity per hour of up to 150 racks (adding up to 2,100 plates) this Conveyor Dishwasher is perfect for even the busiest professional kitchens, in any environment, big or small. The dish washer includes a fully insulated rinse water heater, a moulded tank with rounded corners and two stainless steel filters, auto-draining functionality for pre-wash pumps and wash pumps, and more. Features a washing temperature of 55°C and a rinsing temperature of 85°C. All units from DC are individually tested to ensure their reliability, and since the DC Rack Conveyor Dishwasher is made from stainless steel, it will be a staple in many a kitchen for years to come. Its robustness does not come at the cost of noise, however. This DC dishwasher runs quietly, making it ideal for small kitchens that need quick and efficient communication.
A number of additional features are available including dryers, a steam condenser and steam extractor, an energy-saving heat recovery module, and supplementary boilers for water heating. These features for the Conveyor Dishwasher mean that the machine will be prepared for all manner of situations with only a minimum of additions. All DC2000As are put together using a modular construction: with pre-wash, wash, rinse, and double-rinse modules.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.

In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.

Made to order or bespoke equipment (including fabrications) wishing to be returned may not be accepted by the manufacturer.
In hard water areas a water softener is strongly recommended to remove calcium, magnesium and minerals from water to prevent reduced performance and potential breakdown.
Using tall glasses? Pilsner and specialist glassware have an increased height. Please check that they will fit and can be cleaned effectively.
