The DC Rack Conveyor Dish washer is a high-quality, professional product, with all units individually tested to ensure perfection. This dishwashing unit is perfect for large-scale kitchens, able to keep up in even the busiest environments. With a tank, panels, wash, frame, and rinse arms manufactured in stainless steel, it’s designed to be robust in even the most demanding professional environments – and with a 112-rack capacity per hour (1,620 plates per hour in total) you can rest assured that this conveyor will exceed expectations with its efficiency, reliability, and capacity. Its compact design and economic running costs mean that this machine provides fantastic value for money. The dishwasher includes a noise-insulated double-skinned outer panel construction, counter-balanced panorama doors, and a fully insulated water heater for optimum operation.
This highly efficient DC dish washer has a high washing temperature of 55°C and a rinsing temperature of 85°C, perfect for all manner of dishes and kitchen equipment or utensils, and making sure that they emerge from the dishwasher sparkling clean. The DC1650A includes wash and rinse zones. Additional options are available, including dryers, a steam condenser and extractor, heat recovery modules, and supplementary boilers. With the addition of these extras, your dish washer will be perfectly suited to any of your kitchen’s needs.
This unit comes with the standard DC 1-Year Parts Only Warranty. Additional cover can be purchased if necessary.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.
➕Back to Base Warranty
In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected and may also be responsible for covering the cost of carriage, unless advised otherwise. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
