Biological BioCeptor Drain Maintenance System

Biological BioCeptor Drain Maintenance System: Prevent Blockages and Stay Compliant

Compact and Efficient FOG Management
The Mechline BioCeptor Drain Maintenance System combines the power of traditional FOG entrapment with advanced biological treatment. Its compact footprint makes it perfect for commercial kitchens seeking effective grease management without compromising on space.

High-Efficiency Interception
With an average efficiency rating of 95.6%, the BioCeptor FOG Intercept and Treatment (F.I.T) unit effectively retains fats, oils, and grease before they reach your drainage system. The unit supports full bioremediation for permanent breakdown of FOG, reducing the risk of blockages.

Advanced Flow Control Technology
The compact size is achieved through engineered flow control, offering superior performance in a much smaller footprint compared to traditional grease traps. This not only saves space but also enhances operational efficiency.

BioCeptor F.I.T Compatibility with GreasePak
When used alongside Mechline’s GreasePak bio-fluid dosing module, the BioCeptor becomes a fully integrated FOG management system. This combination ensures continuous biological treatment and lower service frequency.
