The Sammic AX-100 ACTIVE Hood Type Dishwasher is a commercial pass-through dishwasher with a maximum loading height of up to 430 mm, three wash cycles, and a thermal cycle delay option included. This hood dishwasher is can be used in both straight line and corner situations, and is suitable for washing trays, cups, cutlery, glasses, and many other different types of kitchen equipment.
Due to its professional washing system with double rotating rinse and wash arms located at the top and the bottom of the unit, this Sammic unit can keep up with even the most demanding of professional kitchens. Because of its rounded design, this washer avoids the accumulation of dirt and debris during the washing process and makes for simple system maintenance.
Its precision water jets provide optimal washing and cleaning for even the most stubbornly stained kitchenware. It also features a double filter system, ensuring that the washer pump and other equipment are properly protected during the washing and cleaning cycle. Due to a magnetic microswitch embedded in the hood, the P100 can stop the wash cycle in the event of the being raised prematurely.
