The DC PD1000A Hood Dishwasher includes a break tank as standard and is designed for rapid turnarounds, economical working and being energy efficient. An automatic start once the hood is lowered reduces user intervention and increases productivity. A usable working height of 400mm allows the tallest and largest of commercial items to be placed inside the dishwasher.
The robust heavy duty heater can cope with repeated use and multiple washes whilst turning out sparkling clean plates time after time. A rinse thermo-lock ensures that the pre-set water temperature is the correct temperature delivered in the wash. However, little water is needed to produce the brilliant results due to its low volume wash tank which in turn also reduces the chemical costs needed to clean the items.
An insulated boiler continues to further save heating costs and retain the hot water for each wash. A double skin helps to trap the heat from the heavy duty boiler also reducing the noise from each wash cycle too. The rinse arms increase the initial response time by 30% and rotation speed by 20% to allow for shorter wash cycle durations.
Included is a 500mm basket which can hold up to 18 x 10" standard size plates. Featuring a top wash arm, it targets every angle of both the tank and items making sure no surface is untouched.
You may also like the DC PD1300 which includes innovative, powerful wash arms which to increase wash tank capacity.
