The Interlevin BM8710 Wet Heat Bain Marie offers the perfect method of holding pre-cooked foods at safe temperatures, either as part of an attractive buffet display or as a service piece. With high quality construction both internally and externally and a tap fitted as standard, not only is this unit capable of durability during commercial use but is also easy to clean and maintain.
Designed to hold a single 1/1 gastronorm, two 1/2 GN pans or 3 x 1/3 gastronorms (purchased separately), all with 150mm depth, you can display individual or multiple dishes depending on your requirements. The temperature range ensures that all needs can be met.

➕Parts Only Warranty
A 'Parts only' warranty covers the cost of replacement for any mechanical components which fail (due to manufacturer fault) within the warranty period, causing breakdown or compromised performance.
➕Parts and Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)
A 'Parts & Labour' or 'full' warranty means that should any mechanical components fail (due to manufacturer fault) causing break down or performance issues with your equipment, within the term of the warranty, the cost of replacement parts will be covered by the manufacturer. Any engineer charges incurred through a site visit, diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning parts will also be covered.
➕Back to Base Warranty
In the event of a fault occurring equipment will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This is typically arranged by the manufacturer however the customer will be responsible for ensuring equipment is appropriately packaged and protected. Equipment, once repaired, is sent back to the customer at the manufacturer’s expense.
➕Semi-Commercial Warranty
Typically applicable to smaller catering equipment, a semi-commercial warranty is designed for light duty use only in semi-commercial settings. If fault occurs due to overuse or misuse in high production areas, repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
➕Edge Chip Warranty
Applicable to crockery items, edge chip warranties cover edge chipping occurring under normal food service conditions including storage, service, washing and refrigeration. Damage due to misuse or the dropping of items will not be covered.
