The Winterhalter UC-M Glass Washer is constructed from stainless steel. The unit has the option of having an energy model to save on running cost, therefore, cheaper operation. As well as water pressure, water temperature is also adjusted correctly to the optimal temperature for certain glasses leaving a pristine wash every time. The unit allows an integrated softener which saves on space and automatically releases the dose for an improved wash. The rinse temperature can range between 40°-85°C and the tank temperature is between 40°C and 66°C depending on what the contents of the machine are.
