The Sammic SU-416 and SU-420 Vacuum Pack Machines offer effective sealing of raw and cooked foods, liquids and soft porous ingredients to extend the shelf life or ready products for sous vide cooking with no weight loss, drying out or mixing of flavours and odours. With a 16 m3/h or 20 m3/h Busch vacuum pump capacity and a 420 mm length sealing bar, large quantities of items can be sealed in optimum times.
Designed with clever features, these models can detect the evaporation point of contents, stopping the cycle when necessary to prevent spills of any kind, pause vacuum cycles to allow marinating of products before recommencing from the exact moment of halting and use a progressive decompression system to prevent piercing or tearing of sealing bags. Operated with a 3.9" LCD display, the sensor controlled vacuum can store up to 25 different programmes and offer the option of a sealing 'plus' programme to deliver the perfect seal even for metal type bags. Each model includes a filling plate, ensuring optimum results can be achieved in less time and without energy waste.
The Sensor Ultra line gives the option of utilising a printer and thermal labels to clearly display important storage information. A Gas Flush system is also available which puts gas back in to the packaging once the vacuum process is complete. Creating a cushioning effect, this option alleviates the pressure in the bag, preventing collapse and ultimately causing the crushing of delicate ingredients.
