Offering the choice of 8 baking settings this unit is versatile and guaranteed to achieve the desired results. With the capacity to hold 4 2/3 GN pans, even, consistent production of bulk quantities is simple.

The wide temperature range of 50°C to 300°C is controlled via a manual thermostatic dial ensuring simple operation in busy commercial kitchens. Constructed from durable stainless steel the EKF423M is easy to clean and well able to withstand tough kitchen environments. Designed with a glass panel in the single drop down door, contents are easy to access and clearly visible during cooking, enabling progress to be monitored.

Ideal where space is limited, the countertop design can be conveniently positioned on existing work tops. This model can even be stacked if required to further increase cooking capacity whilst still maintaining a compact footprint.
